Vacation Getaway, Inc. – Shawnee Inn and Ski Resort Rental Terms & Conditions I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the following VGI rental Terms & Conditions listed below. Print Name: _________________________________ Check In date: ________________ Signature:___________________________________ Today’s Date:__________________ RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS AND PACKAGES Please note that requests such as bedding configurations, views, non-smoking units, specific units, & the like, shall be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, please be advised that in order to accommodate both resort owners and daily guests at the resort, from time to time it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. We will do everything possible to avoid this event, however, should the need to change a guest’s room arise, you will be advised at the time of check-in. PAYMENTS Your credit card will be charged the total cost of your reservation at time of booking. No reservation is guaranteed until confirmation is received from the resort and a confirmation number is sent to you. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations for NON-HOLIDAY and NON-SPECIAL EVENT dates - Reservations for Non-Holiday & Non-Special Event dates may be cancelled without penalty up until 8:59 p.m. one (1) day after the purchase date, as long as it is not within three (3) days from the day of arrival. - Reservations for Non-Holiday and Non-Special Event dates cancelled after 8:59 p.m. one (1) day after the purchase date and not within three (3) days of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay plus tax. - Reservations for Non-Holiday and Non-Special Event dates cancelled within three (3) days of arrival will NOT be entitled to any refunds. Cancellations for HOLIDAY and SPECIAL EVENT dates - Reservations for Holidays and Special Event dates, as identified at the time of your reservation, may be cancelled up until 8:59 p.m. one (1) day after purchase, as long as it is not less than thirty (30) days from the day of arrival. - Reservations for Holiday and Special Event dates cancelled after 8:59 p.m. one (1) day after the purchase date and not within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one-half (50%) of the purchase price, plus tax. - Reservations for Holiday & Special Event dates cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival will NOT be entitled to any refunds. NO SHOWS / EARLY DEPARTURES Customers who fail to show up for their reservation or who depart from their accommodations before the end of the rental term will not be entitled to any refund. DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT A damage security deposit of $200 is required. The security deposit will be used, if necessary, to pay for any damages, missing items, extraordinary wear and tear, failing to timely vacate or other charges arising from your occupancy. Your card will only be charged up to $200, if necessary. Cash deposits will be returned by the 18th of the month following your departure date. PARKING Guests are provided with parking for one car per reservation. No trailers (RV’s) allowed. PETS No pets allowed
