Print Name: _________________________________ Check In date: ________________ Signature:___________________________________ Today’s Date:__________________ RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS AND PACKAGES Please note that requests such as bedding configurations, views, non-smoking units, specific units, & the like, shall be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, please be advised that in order to accommodate both resort owners and daily guests at the resort, from time to time it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. We will do everything possible to avoid this event, however, should the need to change a guest’s room arise, you will be advised at the time of check-in. PAYMENTS Your credit card will be charged the total cost of your reservation at time of booking. No reservation is guaranteed until confirmation is received from the resort and a confirmation number is sent to you. CANCELLATION POLICY Due to the discounted rental rates we offer all of our rental packages as non- refundable. In the event that you need to change or reschedule your travel dates, we ask that you give us a 72 hour notice prior to your check in date. You will be able to reschedule your travel dates one time and there is a $50 rescheduling fee. NO SHOWS / EARLY DEPARTURES Customers who fail to show up for their reservation or who depart from their accommodations before the end of the rental term will not be entitled to any refund. DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT A mandatory damage security deposit of $50 is required ( credit card only ).The security deposit will be used, if necessary, to pay for any damages, missing items, extraordinary wear and tear, failing to timely vacate or other charges arising from your occupancy. PARKING Guests are provided with parking for one car per reservation. No trailers (RV’s) allowed. PETS No pets allowed
