DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION
Eligibility: No one is excluded from visiting our properties or purchasing with Festiva Adventure Club ®. You must meet certain financial qualifications and attend an approximate 120 minute timeshare sales presentation in order to participate in this promotion. If you do not attend the full presentation, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate for the applicable resort at that time, plus premium costs and taxes, will be charged to your credit card. This package is non-refundable and valid for six (6) months from date of purchase. Also, if you do not / can’t check-in on your scheduled arrival date without a minimum 48-hour verifiable notice, (you must call us), you will be subject to a “No Show” fee equal to a one-night-charge of up to $300.00. This rate is based on the current “room / condo-night cost” and is used to cover the amount of the unoccupied room for the first night. No changes will be permitted within 48 hours of the arrival date.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your reservations up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date for a $50 fee. You may only reschedule one time. To reschedule, you will need to select a new arrival date that is within 6 months of your original scheduled arrival date. This package expires 6 months from the originally scheduled arrival date. If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date without a minimum 48-hour, verifiable notice, you will be subject to a “No Show” fee equal to a one-night-charge of up to $300.00. This rate is based on the current room-night cost and is used to cover the cost of the unoccupied room for the first night. No changes will be permitted within 48 hours of the arrival date.
Minimum financial qualifications: household income of $50,000 USD and possess a major international credit card and a valid driver’s license or state issued ID card. If married, living together, or engaged, couples must attend sales presentation together; individuals may purchase separately. Both people must fluently speak and understand English. Must be 28 years of age or older. Pets are not permitted on tour. Depending on the time of travel and location, accommodations may vary based on availability.You may not participate in this promotion if you are currently a Festiva Adventure Club ® owner, have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation, or have participated in a Festiva Adventure Club ® promotion requiring attendance at a sales presentation: (A) the same resort within the past 3 years (B) within the last 13 (thirteen) months at any other Festiva Adventure Club ® properties. Offer valid one per family only. No groups consisting of more than one couple traveling together is permitted.
Purpose of Promotion: Promotions requiring attendance at a sales presentation are for the sole purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership. As a result of various state registration requirements, guests may not be eligible to purchase a vacation ownership interest in the project where the sales presentation occurs. Sponsor reserves the right to change this offer prior to purchase without notice. Offer not valid with any other promotional offer.

An exact copy of this letter will be readily available for you at the Welcome/Check-In center. Obtaining this letter with no further written or verbal communication from you to our customer service department certifies that you accept and agree to all terms and conditions of this package including accommodations, gifts, and all qualifications. The package and qualifications cannot and will not be changed once arriving to the Welcome/Check-In center.
