Terms and Conditions

This offer is limited to married and cohabiting couples between the ages of 25 and 65, with a combined annual household income of at least $50,000. Both persons in the party must possess photo identification, with the same physical address and must travel and attend the presentation together. Two forms of identification are required. Acceptable identifications are a driver’s license and a major credit card, checkbook or debit card with the visa/mastercard logo. Limit one promotional package per household. No group travel is permitted. A group is considered more than one family traveling together to the same resort location, with the same arrival dates. This vacation package may not be combined with any other vacation package or vacation offer. Guests cannot be current travel club members or a travel agent and cannot have attended a Blue Water Sales and Marketing Group presentation within the past 12 months. Must be citizens or legal residents of the U.S. This reservation is valid for 2 adults and up to two children. Children must go to the childcare play area during the 90 minute presentation. This discounted promotional package is offered as NON-REFUNDABLE and all sales are considered FINAL except where prohibited by law.

Rescheduling: Arrival dates may be rescheduled up to 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival. A $50 fee will be applied to all reschedules. If you do not show for your scheduled arrival date without a minimum 5 day verifiable notice, you will be subject to a “No Show” fee of both room nights at “rack rate” based on the current room-night cost, to cover the cost of the unused rooms. No changes will be permitted within 5 days of the arrival date.

Restrictions and Limitation: Reservations are subject to availability. Failure to comply with the rescheduling policy, attend the presentation or meet the qualifications will result in forfeiture of the package price and would result in being charged a “rack rate” of both room nights. Multiple families or couples who know each other, traveling as a group and staying in separate accommodations under separate packages are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time, would also result in being charged “rack rate” for both room nights. No pets, please.
